1. Terminology
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and any other agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to Northern Trim. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.
2. Booking and Appointments
When booking an appointment with Northern Trim, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about yourself
- Arrive at your appointment on time
- Give at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes
- Pay for the services rendered at the end of your appointment
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedules change. However, to ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we have the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will not incur any fees
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost
- No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on our website, in our shop, or quoted by our staff are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment for all services is expected at the time the service is rendered. We accept cash, major credit cards, and mobile payment methods.
5. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates purchased from Northern Trim:
- Are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift certificates
- Must be presented at the time of service (physical or digital)
- Are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person
6. Health and Safety
For the health and safety of all our clients and staff:
- Please inform us of any allergies or skin conditions before your service begins
- We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who show signs of contagious illness
- We follow strict sanitation protocols in accordance with local health regulations
- By booking an appointment, you agree to comply with our health and safety guidelines
7. Minors
Clients under the age of 18 must have parental consent for services. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult during their appointment.
8. Photography and Media
We may take before and after photos of your service for our portfolio with your explicit consent. By agreeing to be photographed, you grant Northern Trim the right to use these images on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your barber before your service begins.
9. License
Unless otherwise stated, Northern Trim and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on our website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from our website for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
10. Restrictions
You are specifically restricted from:
- Publishing any website material in any media
- Selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any website material
- Using this website in any way that is, or may be, damaging to this website
- Using this website contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in a way that causes, or may cause, harm to the website, or to any person or business entity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website.
12. Modifications to Terms
Northern Trim reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. By using this website and our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
